I really wish there was a Fazoli's in Warsaw, IN where I work. We've been enjoying their food for years, and I absolutely love it!
I had an issue with my online order—the payment went through on my credit card, but it didn’t appear in their system. Despite that, the staff member was very kind and accommodating, and offered to make my order regardless. I really appreciated the outstanding service I received tonight!
I recently stopped by Fazoli’s on my way to the airport after coming back to town to meet my uncles. I’m happy to say it has really improved since the last time I was here! It used to be disappointing, but now it’s genuinely good. The woman at the counter was extremely friendly and charming. Thanks for the great service and delicious food!
