Starting with the sauce: amazing! I can't quite put my finger on what they use, but it's unlike any other BBQ sauce I've tried. I ordered a brisket sandwich to go. The brisket was cooked perfectly - so tender and flavorful. The coleslaw and fries were also tasty. I've been to several BBQ places in the area, and so far this one is the best. Food was very good! Only complaint was not enough dressing for the salad (which was fairly large for a side salad). I could’ve asked for more dressing but I chose not to. The staff appeared to mostly very young people who stood around talking to each other which was not professional.
