I don't understand why on a Saturday lunchtime you would refuse a couple with 2 children who asked to be served at 1:40 p.m. Whereas you only had 4 tables to serve and pancakes don't require too much preparation. Under the pretext that you close at 2 p.m. while on the internet it says 2:30 p.m. Given how little setup you have to prepare for 2 people, I don't even understand why you're not open all day given the sweet...
