With undoubtly Japanese character, this one-seating-a-night place will not leave you emotionless. The only bad thing about their menu is that you’ll end up wanting to come back even before you leave. Lights and shadows in our Tasting Menu experience. Few passes cause a real sensation and many others go unnoticed. The weakest part of the sushi, since when preparing the rice two different people each came out differently, the rice was too loose in the mouth and each bite had a different amount of wasabi, when the homogeneity of the rice should predominate in all for what that stands out and values is the fish.
