Excellent restaurant on the port of maratea. one of the few open places (not in high season). the place offers a wide choice of gluten-free dishes and also has the alternative to fish. the grilled octopus simply exquisite and, despite being a fish restaurant, even lemon caps were delicious. simple and tasty baked potatoes. we were served by gabriele, a napoli boy who was always available and satisfied every request. We'll be back!
It was the first time for me in this restaurant and I can say for sure that if I decided to go back to marathon I would stop here. excellent and fresh fish, red tuna really sensational. I also loved shalatielli with clams and pistachio, sinned only for the raw pepper above that did not push me crazy and personally would have eliminated it from the dish because I think it is a deceived note. for the rest nothing to say, staff and owner very kind!
I stayed in this place for lunch and recommend it to those who want to eat good fish with sea view. the menu includes 5 options for fish flow on the interesting card. as the first patrimony with octopus and shawls with clams and dash pin both recommended. The only thing is the raw pepper tends to lose its crispness with the heat of the pasta. for second both fried and grilled fish excellent, the taste of fish was delicious. the choice of sweets is for all palates, with the possibility to choose desserts of rice sauce. honest price.
Lucas was very friendly and helpful. Fresh mussels, clams, swordfish and tuna, lovely food and relaxed atmosphere.
We were recommended this restaurant, and they did the right thing Firstly Maratea is a beautiful spot , especially the port Secondly we were looked after very well by everyone who served us The seafood was delicious, swordfish is a favourite this was great combined with grilled red tuna as well Beautiful desserts Good house wine I can’t make a comparison on price for the area But given the location and the food it was a winner
