This restaurant needs to get their act together. Every time we order, it is extremely expensive and takes forever to arrive. I understand that it can be challenging to personalize each order and source high-quality ingredients, but completely forgetting about an order after a nearly two-hour wait (through their online app) because it was not processed in their system is unacceptable. My order arrived over 30 minutes late, with my pizza only partially warm and my dessert pizza in disarray. This restaurant consistently has long delivery wait times. I placed my order at 4:15 and didn't receive it until 6:30. Additionally, the quality of their dishes and service has declined. The food is tasty, but overall I was disappointed. View all feedback.
