I was at this location today (03/16/24). Bought 2 sandwiches 1 veggie delight meal 1 veggie pattie. The pattie in the veggie pattie was not toasted properly. It was ice cold. When consulted with the employee, they asked me how it is possible offered me to reheat it up with the sauce veggies in it.
