I've enjoyed getting my doner kebab there for years and have always been satisfied. But my last visit the day before yesterday was a bitter disappointment. I ordered two specials, but the employee preparing the doner kebabs was extremely unfriendly and behaved anything but professionally. When I asked for a doner kebab with just meat and sauce, he reacted rudely and insulted me in Turkish – apparently assuming I wouldn't understand. A complete no-go! Furthermore, the quality left a lot to be desired: The sauce was used sparingly, the bread wasn't grilled properly, and the preparation seemed careless and rushed. The staff also showed little friendliness towards other customers. A truly disappointing experience!
Good food Great service Reasonable price For the quality and portion size, the prices are very reasonable. A good balance between affordability and taste, making it worth the visit. However, I felt the portion of meat could have been slightly more generous compared to other places.
I ordered a doner with everything without spicy sauce and it got a very spicy sauce. Please listen better to what the customer tells you next time
