Meal was good all in all. Had the Jaeger Hackbraten. All in all it lacked a bit of depth. It was umami and hearty, I missed a bit nuance in the midtones, though. The spaetzle were ok. The mushrooms were pure texture in the sauce, which had enough salt but missed a bit of clear direction. The schnitzel at the next table looked superb btw.
