Hardee's isn't my top fast food choice, but whenever I do stop in, the food usually meets my expectations. Today, I was particularly impressed by how friendly the staff was. We ordered a Frisco Burger, and the employee sincerely apologized for being out of Swiss cheese and asked if we could substitute a different kind instead. Ordered drive-thru waited 15 minutes for my food. They were very apologetic and gave us 2 free meal tickets, but the free coupons are only good at the fargo location not anywhere near where we ordered or where we live. View all feedback.
The service was good, and the building had a nice appearance, but the food was quite disappointing. I struggled through half of my burger before deciding to give up. It was a messy experience, with each bite leaving my hands covered in goo. A wrapper would have been helpful to contain the mess. Additionally, the burger had an odd flavor, as if they were using a generic brand instead of Heinz and cheaper alternatives for everything else.
I just visited this restaurant and they had run out of the chicken dish before the usual dinner hours. The food took a long time to prepare, and my burger was served cold (although the other items were fine). On the positive side, our order was accurate and complete.
The service at this Hardee's was great on July 23, 2022 at 6:00pm. Cindy was so helpful, and the food was great, thank you.

Pros: not busy at 8 pm Friday. Fries were fresh. Staff was polite. Clean restaurant.Cons: next to a trashy motel with creepy people. Burgers were very average, a little expensive and beyond sloppy.
