What Elise dislikes about Ganjou:
This is one of the most established restaurants in taft. You will feel safe here as it is just beside fully booked, tucked in between the bookstore and the bank. Have been dining here for a long time already. It's always nice to visit as they maintain the cleanliness of the place and the ambiance. Only thing about the food I had recently is that everything was so dry. Especially the chicken teriyaki don. Lacked sauce... View all feedback.

Have been dining here for a long time already. It's always nice to visit as they maintain the cleanliness of the place and the ambiance. Only thing about the food I had recently is that everything was so dry. Especially the chicken teriyaki don. Lacked sauce we even had to ask for some!! Ganjou roll is also dry. Driest meal I've had for a long time. Nevertheless, I am giving it a 2.5 because I've known this place and I enjoy their food especially before my most recent visit. Wish they'd add more sushis/makis to their menu. Service is good!
Okay sana but they open up pretty late and close up pretty early. They did say they'll be open at 11 but there are times i physically wait outside until they open tapos past 11am na sarado pa rin. And lagi na lang pagtatawag ako for delivery ng peak hours hindi sila pwede kasi peak hours and maraming tao. I'm left thinking nagdelivery pa sila cant cater naman pala pag peak hours.
If you're craving for some maki and you're in taft, here's the place that you should visit (besides the fact that this is the only restaurant serving makis in taft)! Though I'm quite confused with their opening hours and days, ganjou has always been an option for me and my friends whenever we'd want some barkada chika over dinner. Their california maki taste delicious though not that different from the usual california makis (I love their sauce). Their fried squid though was kinda weird because whenever you bite it, the squid tends to not separate making you eat all the squid and leave just the breading. Their ganjou roll is the bomb! It's my fave here. The place is very silent and staff were okay.
