As an alumni, and Manhattan resident for 5 years, I wanted to come back, visit, and golf the championship course in town. I was treated rudely, and decided to leave. Although I was not offered a refund, they were able to give me a rain check. I'd like to get my money's worth, so I'll be back. But never again after that. They've lost my trust and admiration.
