Beautiful resort! I would love to stay here. We decided to have lunch at the restaurant and although I was pleased to see a vegan menu, I was not impressed with the options. The staff informed me that the soy milk might not foam well in a cappuccino, but when my drink arrived, it had plenty of foam which made me question if it was really soy milk.
