I lived in NZ over 26 years and it’s quite sad that our tradition food aren’t easily accessible. Except that when we went Rotorua trip when I was young and tried hangi at the hotel with Maori show (not sure if it was even authentic this was my first time eating boil ups. I loved every bit of it. Will definitely visit again and again, try hangi next time and even bring my non Maori friends too : View all feedback.
