I only gave a because I HAD to in order to make this review. Sat in this drive thru for 16 min, got to the window and they had given our order to the car in front of us.... we ordered a 20 oz and they gave us and charged me for a 32 oz. I was in a hurry because we waited so long....or we would have went in and fixed it, however; I will be driving back by and getting this taken care of tonight! View all feedback.
