My wife and I visited The Didsbury for lunch on a Sunday while in Didsbury. We both decided to order the roast option, but unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the meal. The Yorkshire pudding was unusually large and had a texture more like meringue. The "goose fat roasted potatoes" were dry and oddly flavored.
