Akbar's - Manchester

This is a place we've used for a long time and in our opinion serves the best Indian food in Manchester. It is down to earth no frills type of place but the food coming out of the kitchen is excellent and has some really special dishes. The drinks are not great though. Our favorite local Akbar's disappointed us when we visited the Manchester location over the weekend. Despite our high expectations for their amazing curry, we were disappointed by the long wait, noisy atmosphere, and mediocre food.
