Mandy and Tim are wonderful team members at this Wendy’s! I've never had a better experience at a Wendy’s before. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming! 2 weeks ago, my friend and I stayed in the wendy’s on the 2nd street in some to find out they decided to close an hour early, but no one harassed to tell someone that was in the drive-thru. After about 17 minutes I decided that the service was not as slow as it is normally, but that something else must have been completely off, so I took it on me out of my vehicle and knocked on the doorway that they did not answer to their phone, although it were people in the work. Finally I called the person I saw in the window while I knocked on her window and said I would call the cops to check them if they didn't react. at that point after almost 38 minutes waiting time I was told that they were closed early in the night without a statement.
