When my wife’s steak arrived, it was raw. We sent it back, and to our dismay, they returned the same raw steak 15 minutes later. They then claimed it was the new chef's mistake. Instead of removing the steak from our bill, they accused us of being at fault and comped us a small bowl of ice cream to make up for it. This was unacceptable, especially on my wife's birthday.
