This place is super charming and has great service! They also have a punch card system which is awesome. My problem is that everything here is such a hit or miss. The fruit tea is incredibly bitter while the milk teas are CRAZY sweet. I have a hard time finding anything I can really come back for so far because of how inconsistent the flavors are across the menu. It's definitely worth a shot to see if there's anythin... The big tall Asian man who works here deliberately makes people wait. He saw me waiting and refused to acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes. I finally gave up. I have gotten drinks here before when I shop at Pan Asia, but this is the SECOND TIME he has done it. This kind of rudeness should not be tolerated. I decided I would spend my money elsewhere.
