**The Good:** The chicken was fantastic—well-seasoned, moist, and served piping hot. The plantains were crispy on the outside and sweet and delicate on the inside. Perfect! **Disappointing:** The yellow sauce tasted a bit like mayonnaise, which is not what I'm used to from a Peruvian chicken restaurant. The green sauce was okay, but it seemed like something was missing. The rice was just passable. I hope this was just an off day, as it was a bit dry and the egg was hard. **Other Observations:** The restaurant has a dated look (which doesn’t bother me), but it was very clean. During the 45 minutes I was there, a steady flow of diners came and went, which shows it’s a popular spot. I also had no issues with the staff, unlike what I noticed in some previous reviews.

Our experience with the food was only mediocre. The chicken lacked seasoning and was quite dry, which was disappointing for a Peruvian chicken restaurant. The sides included cole slaw, which was average at best (it really needed some seasoning and a splash of vinegar), and French fries that were undercooked and unseasoned.
