Upmarket casual dining. Arabized version of indian cuisine meaning pulling back on heat and spiciness and adding unwarranted dollops of cream. Food once connected to a country or culture should represent its authenticity. It is like most of the Indian restaurants in UK being run by Bangladeshis and Pakistanis.
