This was a horrible experience that I do not have enough room to explain. After sitting there 1 hour and 25 mins past my pick up time i called the Owner. Explained he offered an apology and are you ready??? To refund the customer hahah meanwhile the driver that lost his 200 dollar lunch period is screwed with no compensation.
