Not all staff are as friendly as some other reviews say, if you arrive and sit on terrace (which incidentally is on east side of hotel so disappointingly has no late pm evening sun), I think the reasonable expectation is that someone will come and ask you what they can get you sooner rather than later, and do it with a smile rather than a sneer .
