Located in the old part of Mainz city, it seemed like a family business to me, excellent quality of fresh seafood at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed the fish soup and the the octopus dish. matjes with kartoffels were ordered.The kartoffels were muddyly watery tasteless. salatsoße tasted mostly after maggi. the housewives soned to the matjes, who was very good, was with a lot of eyes and little content halfway tasty. 40 euro for 2 people for middays is also not currently cheap. for that we sat outside and there it's just too loud.
