"The at AI Balestrari was abysmal. Despite being seated promptly, the wait staff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout the entire meal. It took ages to get our orders taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, it was a major disappointment. The dishes were bland, overcooked, and lacked any semblance of quality or flavor. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing experience with both terrible service and extremely poor food quality.
