Today we used The Swan for a wake. Wendy the new manager is very professional, looked after all the family and provided fabulous buffet. What was meant to be a lovely family meal out, turned into the most inedible meal I've ever experienced in my life!!!! Food was cold,meat was tough, tables were dirty, the man serving the food was miserable and THEN I went to the bar to get a jug of iced water for my children and the look the barman gave was....
