Recently purchased a small cater order. The pulled pork was great! Their smoked chicken breast is NOT pulled; rather exceptionally thin sliced chicken breasts that were super dry. The brisket was okay compared to the chicken but nothing to write home about. Didn’t realize the brisket came shredded kind of lost the juiciness brisket brings.
