What Daniel Carr dislikes about Kfc:
I was at the payment window ready to pay for our order when I tried to add two chicken sandwiches. The lady informed me that they couldn't add items at the window. I accepted that and proceeded to pay for our order. She handed me the food and closed the window, but since there were no cars in line, we were asked to pull back around to place a new order for the sandwiches. I’m not sure why this was necessary. I accepted this and went ahead with the payment. After she handed me the food and closed the window, we were asked to pull around again since there were no cars in line, so I could place a new order for the sandwiches. I'm not sure why this was necessary.
The restaurant was extremely messy and everything was dirty. I am very disappointed and will never return.
The worst restaurant I've ever visited. Absolutely disgusting. I give it 0 stars. Avoid this place at all costs.
I was pleased with my order. Although I had to wait in line for a while, I ultimately received exactly what I asked for.
The service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous.
