We had a wonderful light and relaxed lunch on the terrace of this well-run, out of the way, but really special place. Good value for our area really, had 2 mixed salads, chips, drinks and litre of water for about CHF40(? Beautiful walk from Magden village (c1hr 4-5 km and a great stop for lunch halfway around. What arekuna doesn't like about Dornhof:
We ate here a few times and the experience was a bit depending on the service personnel. One time it was quite good and another time everything took very long and the lady was quite unfriendly. The food (Cordon Bleu) was excellent though! A bit of a pain is the smokers lounge and the second time we were there the door was open. Sitting outside offers great views!! View all feedback.
