We moved here in early 2016 and we find the POA great. The annual fee covers a beautiful heated pool...the bar is open with potluck or low cost food both Sat and Sun...and lots of planned events and parties throughout the year. Doesn't exist at this point for literally. Ammentities are not adhered to and most cost extra....
