The portion didn't really feel like a big box. The food was tasty, but it felt like something was missing. At 110 pounds, I didn't feel full afterward. However, my driver Bree was fantastic. Overall, I left feeling unfulfilled by that so-called "big" box. View all feedback.

We ordered the 8-piece chicken bucket that came with potatoes, coleslaw, and cookies, and unfortunately, the chicken was very dry and quite disappointing. The cookies also didn’t taste fresh. Since we live in Prineville, we weren't able to return these items. Based on this experience, we won’t be returning to this KFC. What a letdown. View all feedback.

The quality of the food at this restaurant is decent, but the service is lacking. It's frustrating to have to place an order 2 hours in advance only for it to not be started until the scheduled pick up time, making me wait an additional 15 minutes. This is particularly disappointing when the restaurant is not busy and has an excess of staff available.
The restaurant was clean and the service was fast, providing a great overall experience. The coupons offered good value.
