Unfortunately, as of sometime around September 1, 2023, I can no longer place an order with human beings to customize my order and have to rely on a not-so-smart kiosk. If I can't specify my order from a human being like any normal restaurant would allow, I am not doing any business with them. Management needs to learn that CUSTOMERS are the reason they are in business. Food: 4

What a disgrace to the Panera Bread brand! We love Panera, and most locations are awesome. But this one is a pig stall. We tried to find a clean table but didn't succeed. The floor is covered with crumbs. Hope at least they cleaned dishes They were outof most items we wanted including sourdough sandwiches and bacon! Especially frustrating because you can't order with a person(where you get more flexibility) but have to go through a very slow kiosk system. Will never come here again!
No one is working here. Order at Kiosk only. No napkins, no half and half, homeless guy sleeping in his car out front and a homeless women sleeping in a booth on the inside.
