Was Linda Michelsen at D’vino a mag?
This was our first visit to D’ Vino’s. We took our friends there from Colorado. Our entrees were, Mussels, lasagna, pasta bolognese Swordfish. All were delicious. The owner stopped by our table at least 3 times to introduce himself, offer recommendations on the menu and to make sure our food was prepared correctly to our liking and to also say goodbye to us. What Karen González dislikes about D’vino:
The food was exceptional, and I have no complaints regarding its quality. However, the service left much to be desired. When we requested more Parmesan cheese, the manager brought it but made a sarcastic comment, saying, “We’ve already added Parmesan to your food!” Our waiter also forgot to bring us bread, and when he finally did, there was no butter or oil for dipping. We had a wonderful dinner during the week. Everything was fantastic—from the food and drinks to the wine and atmosphere. The service was a bit slow, but we didn't mind. The food was served hot, which isn’t something you find in many restaurants these days. Overall, it was excellent value for the experience.
The short rib lasagna was exceptional, and the fennel salad was delightful. The clams were just alright. Every item on the menu was enticing, making it difficult to decide, so I’ll definitely need to return for more! The tables are a bit too close together, so it’s not the best spot for private conversations. However, the service was excellent.
I had my first meal here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food, particularly the eggplant parmigiana, was excellent, and the service was great too. Although the staff was a bit stretched, it was clear that they were making a strong effort to manage, which I really appreciated. I will definitely return!
Andre's service was excellent, as always. I treated myself to an old favorite, swordfish, and I can't wait to come back soon to try one of the many other dishes and specials on the menu.
I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The waitstaff were incredibly friendly and made our celebration feel truly special. The food is genuinely authentic Italian! I just came back from Tuscany and saw dishes on the menu that reminded me of Italy! We also enjoyed the Classico Chianti wine, which is a rare find in this area! The owner even stopped by our table to chat with us! Overall, it was a fantastic evening!
