**Dunkin’ Disappointment: A Mixed Bag Experience** At this Dunkin’ location, expectations often fall short. While the staff is fast and friendly, several patrons have reported inconsistencies with food quality, including cold breakfast items and underwhelming mochi donuts. Customer service has also been a recurring issue, with miscommunications and unfulfilled orders leading to frustration. Though some have praised the handcrafted espresso drinks and milkshakes, the cleanliness and adherence to posted hours leave much to be desired. Overall, while there are positive highlights, the consistent quality and service problems overshadow the potential for a delightful visit.
They offered donuts, and that's about the only positive thing I can say. The icing on the chocolate donuts was extremely thin, and they appeared dull rather than shiny and fresh. The donuts tasted like they were more than 12 hours old, and there were no festive Halloween-themed options. The service felt unapproachable, as if they were doing me a favor by serving me. Next time, I’ll make the trip to Krispy Kreme in Athens instead. This place isn’t locally owned either.
Ordered one cake and one raised donut. Both were dry and tasted like a day or two old. Took one bite of each and threw them away.
Not very courteous service and the coffee was very watered-down and weak. Family second order was not correct even after it was read back to me and then I asked her to read it back to me once again at the window.
3 stars for food, 5 stars for the fast and friendly staff. Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the center was cold! Seemed like the eggs were pre-cooked and microwaved-to-order. Also ordered a mochi donut. Horrible disappointment. Dunkins'version is nothing like a true crispy fluffy chewy mochi donut. Better off with their other donut options.
Shame on me for not checking my order, but I only ordered 2 French kruellers and coffee with pumpkin spice, almond milk no cream no sugar and they managed to get it all wrong. I was treating myself today because I usually eat breakfast at home and that'swhat I get.
