I love bambu and have been going there for years. My go to drink is always the fruit addict. But my order today had rotten logans inside my fruit addict. It ruined the whole drink I had to toss my $9 drink in the garbage. I wouldn’t be complaining but that’s a $9 drink that I expect it to be good. They don’t offer refunds either. So if you can’t chose between bambu or Starbucks, I now rather spend money at Starbucks... View all feedback.

I tried Bambu for the first time this past weekend, and it was delicious! I ordered the Bambu special, which was refreshing and tasty, all at a reasonable price. The customer service was excellent as well. I’m definitely planning to stop by again the next time I have errands to run in Madison.
I’ve discovered my new favorite drink! I’ve always enjoyed chai, but this has truly transformed my experience. I would gladly make the two-hour drive from my home to Madison just to have it. It's absolutely incredible. I ordered the chai milk tea with brown sugar and boba, and I can't recommend it enough. You really need to try it—it will change your life!
My daughters and I went here yesterday and the girls absolutely loved their drinks and my coffee was probably the best coffee I've ever had.
The staff here is super friendly and the tea is great! Tons of unique items I look forward to trying.
