I recently visited my family in Macduff and chose this hotel, having stayed here before. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished and is both clean and tidy. The rooms are just perfect—cozy, comfortable, and well-designed. Now, what can I say about the staff? They are simply amazing in every way. I recently visited my family in Macduff and chose this hotel, having stayed here before. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished and is both clean and tidy. The rooms are just perfect—cozy, comfortable, and well-designed. Now, what can I say about the staff? They are simply amazing in every way. We can't thank them enough for their warmth and hospitality. The food is delightful, and the views overlooking the harbor are stunning, extending far into the East Coast. My daughter and I will definitely be returning next year. As for nearby activities, there is so much to explore in this beautiful part of the country. Regular buses run from Aberdeen to Inverness, allowing you to visit many charming little towns along the way.
I stayed in a lovely room located a few flights of stairs up, as there was no elevator available. While my room didn't have a stunning view like some others, it was comfortable and a good size, meeting all my needs. The breakfast selection was excellent and beautifully prepared.
