Having tried 鼎泰丰 in several countries , it is impressive that although the restaurant have many outlets in most part of Asia, their standard does not degrade. They also offered slightly different menu from each countries. After trying fresh shrimp fried rice from a number of countries, the one from this brunch is definitely one of the best and definitely recommended other than their famous xiao long bao.
