I continued to watch as they went about their tasks and, thankfully, the supervisor eventually realized that a chocolate sundae might have been overlooked. After holding my buzzer for what felt like an eternity, it finally went off. I inquired about my drinks, which had not been served, and they assured me everything was fine. However, when I asked again about the mini sundae I ordered, there was still no update. It was frustrating to see that they were handing out orders without double-checking them beforehand. It seems like a standard operating procedure should be in place, yet some customers are left in the dark about what they are actually receiving. I placed my order at 6:33 PM, and it was not completed until 7:45 PM. I had ordered a Family Super Meal A & B, each with 8 pieces of chicken, plus two chocolate sundaes and large fries. Overall, the experience was not satisfactory.
