What a nightmare. Staff behind the counter are gone, no one looks at you, spares you a glance or tries to communicate with you. Ordering is done via an ordering column placed on the counter. This column is dirty, because everyone has their fingers on it and it is clearly not cleaned. Unreadable due to greasy fingers and sunlight.
