I love this restaurant. eating was delicious and well proportioned. fortunately, mocktails and a vegetarian dish have found on their menu.
Extremely good, fresh ingredient; great product with great technique, the ceviche was excellent and the bark and its side-dishes were amazing as the cocktails

This is my second time eating in Canaima Restaurant in Lyon. With the quality of the meal choices here, I wouldn 't go back after an only 'So-So ' experience. From the delicious food to the lovely restaurant to to nice music playing to the excellent service, my friends and I were not disappointed. With a Latin flair to the food, it was different than typical French meals. I 'm sorry that I 'm about to leave Lyon and won 't have a chance for eating here a 3rd time. A Hidden Gem in Lyon – A Memorable Culinary Experience at CANAIMA During our wine tour through Lyon last year, our group of wine lovers had the pleasure of dining at CANAIMA, and it became one of the highlights of our entire trip. Chef Andrés is a talented and passionate young chef whose creativity and attention to detail truly shine in every dish. Together with his charming wife Verónica, who leads the front of house with warmth and grace, they form an exceptional team that delivers not only superb food but also genuine hospitality. Veronica did also a wonderful job in selecting and presenting the wines for that occasion. From start to finish, our experience was flawless. Each plate was beautifully crafted, full of flavor, and thoughtfully presented...the wines were well paired with each of the dishes... The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Our entire group shared the same sentiment: CANAIMA is an absolute must-visit for anyone who appreciates culinary artistry paired with heartfelt service.
