When we arrived about 25 minutes later, my husband went inside to pick up our order and was again assisted by the same man. He noted the man's professionalism and confirmed that our personal pan pizzas had indeed been baked twice as requested.

2nd order they've got wrong this month. Told the manager Angie that the route their driver would normally take was closed due to the bridge being out. Had the driver call us 10 minutes later to say that the bridge was closed and he would have to take a different route. Got our pizza 50 mins later, cold and made incorrectly. Called back to complain and had the manager get irate and nasty with my wife. Gave her a $15 credit and hung up in her face. Wow.
