How is chicken the main entrée but there is none, at 1:20pm. Why have I had to RETURN my incorrectly prepared meal 4 times in the past 5 yrs. I live less than 1/4 of a mile from this location. Why when this occurs am I seen as the villain when I EXPECT the order to be what I ordered.
