I've given other Pret locations a 4-star rating, but this one only deserves 3 stars. There were long lines, and I witnessed customers arguing with staff about food and drinks not being hot enough. We decided not to wait for coffee since it seemed like others were having to wait as well, so we went to Benugo instead.
