The added layer of corrugated cardboard to keep it separate from the box is a thoughtful touch, as I dislike the cardboard taste that boxes can sometimes impart to pizza. After calling to follow up, I was informed that my order was on its way, only to later receive a call saying it was just being taken out of the oven.
