While on our way to Florida, we needed a quick meal and stumbled upon this restaurant using Google Maps. We were pleasantly surprised by the cafeteria-style decor. We all ordered fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, roasted okra (made to order), and jalapeño cornbread. The jalapeño cornbread was some of the best I've ever had. I've been eating here a lot, but now I'm done. Multiple times in a row I've gotten poor quality food or missing food. Last time I went I got porkchops that were so dried up and old. Charged for extra cornbread and it wasn't on my plate when I got home. I asked how old the porkchops were and was told they were only less than five minutes. I never get a consistent price either.
