Have you ever been informed of a 15-minute wait at a completely empty restaurant? Well, that happened to me. It was the most absurd customer service I've ever encountered. I've dined there several times, and while the service has never been exceptional, it used to be a convenient place to eat in the neighborhood. The food was decent, but it was never consistently good. Suffice it to say, I won't be returning again. Service: Dine-in.
We've dined here a couple of times, and both the food and service have been exceptional! Their onion rings are among the best I've ever had. I ordered the ribeye on both visits because it was so delicious the first time that I had to have it again. I prefer my steak medium rare, but on my second visit to Santo's, my ribeye was cooked well done. However, they promptly cooked me a new one to my liking. I highly recommend Santo's!! Service: Dine-in.
I called because I desired to dine at the restaurant. However, I was informed that the business is closed, out of business. The food was great every time I've visited. I think Luling needs to do better supporting businesses in their community.
Sorry to see this place close. There on day one and again on the last day.
