I had a horrible experience here. I ordered a ham sandwich to which I took the tooth pick out and one was broken so I expected to find it later on. Upon opening my sandwich I found a hair, I kindly told a young man, and he said “Would you like me to remove the hair or would you like a new one”. Of course I asked him to remake the sandwich.
