Where do I begin? They blew away our expectations! From when we walked in, Carus gave my family a warm welcome l, from the adults to my son! It felt we were friends we never knew we had. I had a fun and quirky spirit tasting and tour! It was great to see how a small-scale operation runs from start to finish. Carus was very engaging and friendly throughout the experience.
Fantastic bourbon and wonderful spiced rum. The owner was present to welcome us, and he was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere feels like a hidden gem—it's cool, eclectic, and very comfortable. Definitely don’t miss this place!

What a fun experience with hospitality and great spirits. This family-friendly, laid back distillery seems small and humble but punches above its weight. Owners Carrus and Rick have started something very special, with a unique story, showmanship and an approach that has everyone rooting for them. Stop by for a tour and tasting, or even just stop in for a fantastic cocktail. I can’t wait to stop by again!
