My account was hacked and had an order placed for a Jerry Squal I called the location right away and asked to speak with a manager so they can shut it down the order and handle it, instead the employee said they would get the manager, put me on hold, and kept me on hold for such a long time that the order was processed, baked, boxed and shipped out.
